All staff take ownership of their own learning journey and are given opportunities to reflect on their own practice, as well as supporting others through being members of Teacher Learning Communities. There is an open-door culture that encourages teachers to 'drop in' on colleagues, therefore promoting good practice within the schools. We are committed to SSAT Embedding Formative Assessment CPD programme for the next two years, as well as encouraging staff to further their expertise and leadership through both internal and external programmes, including the full suite of NPQ courses. We have a very strong record of developing staff from ITT to Headship. We have an excellent track record of providing promotion and responsibility opportunities to staff that aspire to leadership.
