We currently have Leadership Opportunities available at our Lower Academy.

These roles are additional to our current Teaching vacancies, and are therefore not suitable for anyone without QTS. Each position includes an additional yearly ARA (Academy Responsibility Allowance). 

Year Leader (Lower Academy)- The role carries an ARA (Academy Responsibility Allowance) of £5,000. This position is to start from April 2025 on a 1-year fixed contract.

Numeracy Leader (Lower Academy)- The role carries an ARA (Academy Responsibility Allowance) of £1500.
